Cancellation Policy
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the provided email address.
• Cancellations made 40 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a 6% bank transaction fee deducted from the total amount paid.
• Between 40 and 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Between 7 and 1 day before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
• If the tour includes domestic flights, airline cancellation or change fees apply in addition to the above charges. These fees vary by airline and fare conditions.
